What is yoga ?
Well there are many answers to this question, but to me yoga is simply connecting with your mind and body. All my classes focus on deepening the connection to your body and listening to its signs.
What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach predominantly Hatha yoga, with a great focus on breath work and the subtle movements in the body.
Fun is always included as I'm a firm believer that laughter is healing.
BWY 300 hours trained I am very passionate about yoga and how it can help heal the mind and body.
Do you offer private sessions?
