About the event
REFRESH
The second instalment of REFRSH this summer but this time its an evening one !
We will be practicing in the sunset light with twinkles, taking it a bit more slowly, making the most of the bolsters and blankets before the wonderful Kelly takes over for a sound bath.
Of course it wouldn't be a Yogiibearclaire event without scrumptious food so there will be tasty desserts, cakes and tea to finish.
