Claire Maley AKA YogiibearClaire is a 300 hour BWY yoga teacher and Yoga therapist for stress and Anxiety based in Milton Keynes.
Yoga came into Claire's life as a way to help deal with stress and anxiety and hasn't looked back since.
She has practiced yoga for 7 years and has been teaching since 2017, as a way to help bring yoga to others to help with physical and mental stress.
Alongside yoga running has become a huge part of her life, a great believer in using running and yoga to help maintain a balanced mind.
Claire specialises in Yoga for Anxiety and Yoga aimed at runners, not surprisingly breath work is a central part of this practice
